Old, solid research shows that you can stay lean even when your diet includes as much as 70% of your calories from fat.
The basic premise that I accept, based on excellent scientific research, is that fat is not the culprit for making people fat. Carbs are. The research and examples that I mentioned in my report, “How To Be Lean And Strong Without Exercise,” are just the tip of the iceberg in support of this view.
If you are here to provide a comment, please do so. I encourage you to cite research evidence for your view if you can. This would add more value to the discussion than personal testimonials would, although both are acceptable. This is a great topic for debate. The only things I won’t tolerate are intolerance and nastiness, which seem to be too common on other blogs.
So leave a comment and let me know what you think!
